Please Note: These times are estimates only. From time to time, the Australia Post network experiences delays and so this may push out your delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for delays by Australia Post, once your order has been dispatched.
PROCESSING TIMES
Once an order is dispatched, your order is the responsibility of each carrier’s network. We do not accept any responsibility for delays due to the carrier's network.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent to you via email on the day that your order has been shipped out. If you do not receive this email, please get in touch as there may be an issue with your email address.
Please also keep an eye out for delivery tracking updates from the carrier directly. *That’s Just Blaire” is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
That’s Just Blaire will not refund a customer for their order when a parcel is being "returned to sender" due to it being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered their own address. That’s Just Blaire will either re-send the parcel to the customer, or provide a credit note to the customer for the value of their parcel (less any shipping charges).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
During busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee the above time frames. We do our best to achieve these targets and 99% of the time we will, however, we ask you to allow for an extra 24 hours from placing your order for dispatch in these rare cases.

This must be processed using your preferred courier company. Please make sure you collect and keep your tracking number. All returns labels are trackable so please keep your tracking number before sending your parcel off. That’s Just Blaire will not be responsible for returned parcels that do not arrive. No credits or refunds will be issued. The cost of returns shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, except where the garment is deemed faulty by manufacture. If faulty, please contact us by email to arrange return shipping.

>Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

>Once That’s Just Blaire has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
That’s Just Blaire reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

>Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by That’s Just Blaire. Please allow 5 business days during holiday periods. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.
>Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at hello@thatsjustblaire.com in order to organize alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to That’s Just Blaire not being notified are completely out of our control and That’s Just Blaire will not be held accountable.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using Australia post shipping method.
***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as That’s Just Blaire cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

DUTIES AND TAXES
That’s Just Blaire does not accept responsibility for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that some countries have far lower thresholds than others and prior to ordering you are best to check your local government website. While we cannot provide information for all international destinations, please see below for some guidance on a few.
NEW ZEALAND
For New Zealand customers, all orders sent exceeding the sales value of $220 NZD will incur a duties and taxes charge. In this case, we recommend you split your orders to keep them under this value, if you wish to spend more than this value. UNITED KINGDOM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
That’s Just Blaire is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.
Any incorrect addresses which result in a parcel being sent back to us may incur a "return to sender" fee which Australia Post imposes on That’s Just Blaire.
